AAF has dependencies that are not compatible with VR. So, those need to be updated first.

Which dependencies would be missing? Fallout 4 VR now has a Script Extender, MCM, and Address Library, and if I recall, a LooksMenu. I've tried installing every release of AAF to see if maybe some of the older versions would work as they require an older version of F4SE, but AAF doesn't work at all in VR no matter which version of AAF is installed.

LLFP is packaged with AAF for convenience. But, it's a separate mod. Through collaboration C++ features are added to it that AAF uses. So, LLFP would need a VR version made with the same custom functions added.

"You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post."

Why?

If you are able to post you should also have permission to view the attachment. Maybe you just need to refresh the page or clear the cache?

Please check in on the AAF discord for this type of issue. Users there can help.

I can't seem to find if there is a singular file you can edit and state "do not unequip xyz slot no matter what some mod author set as a default for their mod (the most obvious being both hands, glasses, whichever slots you use to fit piercings, etc).

Is this possible and if so how?

Setting up AAF_equipmentSetData with these rules only seems to set a default behavior for AAF, but quite clearly does not override animation packages that have their own rules, its settings get overriden by mods that do have their own rules.

If I'm not overlooking an obvious file where to do this, please add this in future versions.

There should be an equally simple option file as AAF_equipmentSetData where you can hard block the removal of certain items no matter what mods or anything else says.

Sorry,
I need some help, this question has probably been asked a thousand times, so I apologize.
I have updated the days from AAF 168 to 171, but now aaf scenes are no longer executed. My character just stands still and can't be moved anymore. I must be doing something. The only question is what. Please help!

This sounds like it is due to having AAF NativeSync installed.

I have the same problem,AAF 166 works well, but AFF 171 will have this problem, character just stands.

Hi friend, you may have already been fed up with questions about the VR version, but I'll ask again. Could you make an option with an adaptive version of AAF for VR, without the need for serious adjustments in animation. The main thing is that the module would start.
