The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Moddingham” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Moddingham” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

You accept that Moddingham and its owner/operators can and will comply with the DMCA by removing content that breaches the intellectual property rights of others if and when Moddingham and its owner/operators are made aware of the abuse. You agree that the responsibility to avoid the violation of intellectual property rights is on the users and authors that post files or other potentially protected work to the site.
